Appointment Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointment Confirmation: We send confirmations 48 hours in advance, as appointments are often booked months ahead.
• Cancellation Fees: - Less than 24-hour notice: A fee of 50% of the reserved service amount. - No-shows: A fee of 100% of the reserved service amount.
